Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with the security seal intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Item

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original certification and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master gemologists will inspect the item's condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
